Composed of Alexander Ravvin on electric guitar, Vincent Bolduc on tenor saxophone, Oscar Robertson on upright bass and Jules Payette on drums, this quartet brought together although not commanded by Alexander Ravvin sets out to create dynamic, texturally diverse and hopeful music through both original material and arrangements of pieces by composers such as Thelonious Monk, John Abercrombie, Bobby Broom and more. The ensemble excels at playing off of each member's personal sound in a spontaneous manner, always focused on telling both an honest and musical story through every piece they perform.
