JC3 is a mixture of hip-hop, neo-soul, and jazz flavors that blend in a unique and electric experience. Formed by Jon Catanus in April 2017, they are still a young band, but the performance experience and skills of Peter Eratostene on the bass, and Cole Méndez on the keyboard, and their previous experience performing together with Jon have served as a solid foundation for launching ‘JC3’ forward. Although known for their adaptations on the music of prolific producer "Nujabes" they perform regularly at their monthly jazz nights at Kensington Market gem, 187, featuring singers and musicians from the city, and from around the world.
