Oriflamme: a jazz/fusion group formed in Toronto, Ontario in 2017.

Mike Henry (bass), Nick Rorai McNeil (piano/keys), David Burlacu (guitar), and Tudor Plopeanu (drums) all met at Humber College while studying music.

Sharing an interest in syncopated ostinatos, roaring melodies and vicious dialogue, it didn't take them long to recognize their flowing synergy and potential. The group's influences range from Hard Bop, 70s fusion, Motown and Neo-soul.
